Today has been the best day for the past week for feeling OK – less wobbly/dizzy and the anxiety that goes with that. Still I have a few hours to go before the day is out but hopefully it will be OK. I have a few plans on how to maintain this level of feeling better but as I am having a good day I don’t want to spend too long on the laptop so this will be the short post for today. Monday tomorrow and another week to get through (fingers crossed a better week than last week).
